Print Journalism is the practice of reporting news, advertisements and informative articles in a printed form such as newspapers, fliers or magazines. The idea of being able to design your own media, have it printed out and physically being able to hold it becomes fascinating.
The magazine project would be a great fit for me due to my ability of instantly noticing fashion designers, fashion trends, knowing current information of trending eye catching items and knowing how and what to use to catch the targeted reader's attention. I have the skills of time management, organization and patience to deal with the stress of putting together a physical form of news that not only will entertain the reader but will also inform them on a specific area.
However, dealing with including necessary articles or advertisements that might be required for a magazine to contain and having the reader not avoid them, is one of the challenges that comes with completing this project. Personally this type of project is challenging because there is only so much that can be included in printed journalism that will make it entertaining enough to make it popular.
